Thanks a Million Promotion Official Rules
To qualify for a share of any winnings for any particular month/series of draws, your name must be on our master list. The master list for each draw will be held in Neil and Shawn's office. If you recieved an original mailing copy of the draw number directly from us your name is on the master list. We reserve the right to add/remove names of clients, customers, associates for each successive draws as we see fit, no other qualification is acceptable. There is no fee of any kind for being part of this promotion and the decision of whose names appear on this list are the sole decision of Neil McNiven and Shawn McDonald.
A limit of one entry per clients/customers family allowed.
We reserve the right to cancel the promotion at the end of any drawing period without further notice to any partner ticket holders. Cancellation or extension of the promotion is at our sole discretion.
At the end of each monthly lottery draw cycle as detailed on our website and our master list, we reserve the right to distribute winnings as follows;
1- No individual payouts will be made to any partner less than $100.00
2- Winning funds, if any, will be carried forward to subsequent draws until the
total of all winnings allows for such minimum payout to each partner.
3- All winning payouts will be paid equally to all partners named on the master
list of the ticket holder for the draw period shown.
4- Winners will be notified by mail or in person at our option.
By allowing your name to remain on the master list each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and decisions made by Neil McNiven and Shawn McDonald. Decisions made by Neil McNiven and Shawn McDonald regarding names on the master list and winning payouts are final.
Neil McNiven and Shawn McDonald incur no liability toward anyone in the case of acts of God, fortuitous events of force majeure. In the event of any dispute with regard to a prize, Neil McNiven and Shawn McDonald may pay or deliver the prize or evidence of entitlement thereto to the court pending direction for or determination of the matter by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Neil McNiven and Shawn McDonald may from time to time amend these rules and regulations as they see fit.
In the event of any provisions of these rules and regulations, of the conditions and explanations appearing on our master list, or of such other conditions as are established and published by and available from us are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such determination shall solely affect such provision and shall not in itself render void or unenforceable the remaining provisions hereof or thereof.
Neil McNiven and Shawn McDonald maintain a 20% interest in the tickets regardless of the winning amount.
